lol uninstall bloatware, scan your pc for anything, if you want to uninstall unwanted programs, you can do that yourself, since you installed the programs, and you need to read through what you're installing and not just rush through it, I did a Java update a few weeks ago, asked me if I wanted to set Yahoo, or Ask to my search engine, or asked me to install a program or somethin, and I clicked no. Should prob uninstall all that ASUS crap imo, maybe Microsoft Silverlight, no one uses that imo, and paint.net, whats that?

Edit : @Paint.Net, I see, alright, btw why do you have Nvidia and AMD drivers, or rather AMD Catalyst, and Nvidia PhysX installed? Do you really use the Windows Live Marketplace or whatever?

Is this a laptop or pre-built desktop? If so I'd recommend just reformatting it but if you don't want to I use this software to get rid of junkware: http://www.pcdecrapifier.com/home

If this is a new custom built system and you used the disk or downloaded the drivers/programs off the motherboard website then you SHOULD ONLY install HARDWARE based drivers, don't bother with the SOFTWARE that comes with the motherboard unless you really need it. I'd uninstall ASUS programs, they seem useless imo. Also check out http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html FREE as it can show you programs that are installed but aren't showing in Windows Control Panel but I highly recommend you don't uninstall and delete registry entries when using Revo unless you are ABSOLUTELY sure you know what those registry entries relate to when you're uninstalling a program. Also another tip before you do a massive uninstall is to have a complete system backup on an external drive incase something goes wrong and screws up your entire system.

Short answer: Anything you don't use.

A lot of the Asus software you don't need. I have no use for Microsoft Games so unless you actually use that feature I'd get rid of it. I'd also remove all the extra Visual C++ Redistributables since you should only need one - the most recent one. I also don't see why you have Catalyst *and* NVidia software installed; use the one that suits your graphics card. After that, just software you don't use.

I'd also like to point out that Windows allows you to sort this in order of size, so you can uninstall in order of what takes up the most room. Most commonly, this would be games or software packages like Microsoft Office, both of which I'm assuming you want to keep, so look to see what's after that.

Because display driver are only optional.

Stupid questions beget stupid responses.  No one here can help you because no one here knows what programs you use.  I cannot tell you anything based off that image.  All I can tell you is that you should uninstall any program that you don't use and don't plan on using.  Or you could simply do a fresh windows install and be done with it.

Like the others said... Uninstall whatever you don't use.

Personally, if that was my PC, I'd remove the following

Adobe Reader XI
Asus LifeFrame3
Asus Live Update
Asus Power4Gear Hybrid
Asus Smart Gesture
Asus Splendid Video Enhancement Technology
Asus USB Charger Plus
Asus WebStorage Sync Agent
AsusDVD
AsusVideo2.0
Gyazo 3.1
HDD Guardian 0.6.1
Mozilla Maintenance Service
MyBitCast 2.0
Raptr
Ressource Hacker Version 3.6.0
SketchUp
Windows Essentials 2012
WinFlash
WinRAR 5.01
WorldPainter 1.11.1

May keep one or two Asus things, depending on whether or not I actually needed them for some feature on the computer..(like USB Charger Plus, if having the software even does anything) but other than that, nope.

Replace Adobe Reader by Foxit Reader and WinRAR by 7zip.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700x / GPU: Asus Radeon RX 6750XT OC 12GB RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x16GB DDR4-3200
MOBO: MSI B450m Gaming Plus NVME: Corsair MP510 240GB / Case: TT Core v21 PSU: Seasonic 750W / OS: Bazzite
