I'd say go for an Intel i3 or i5 and overclock it, match it up w/ a cheap motherboard and Gskill ripjaw or corsair vengeance ram, a regular HDD is cheap, probably 60 euros for 1TB, but ssds are more pricey

GTA5...ALONE...suffers GREATLY on Every SINGLE FX CPU I've seen, and also the slower X4 CPU's, it doesn't even matter what GPU, the game is giving slower CPUs issues.

Just an FYI. Something to keep in mind...

Nvidia an AMD both have a GPU-recorder tool that doesn't even touch the CPU or load it up in any way, all done on the GPU (not even taxing GPU performance either), so recording is covered.

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Get a i5 4460 and a 280X/960/380.

Umm Should i send this from ebay or look in my country sites like www.skytech.lt or www.fortakas.lt

because in my country sites it costs i5 4460 ~200 euros and 280X ~ 250euros i need some money for motherboard hard disk and ram

Nope, My post above's main point was that no1 needs a ballin CPU to record....

But you DO need a decent CPU to feed your GPU, or suffer performance losses.

/Why pay $$$ for a card that isn't even being used to its 100% ability, this is the X4/FX issue.

no it means amd sucks ass on gta 5

Plus this being my other main point..

ZERO OF AMD'S offerings can provide a fast fluid experience WITH a really high end GPU, people expect their 970/390's to be super sweet and have a CONSTANT minimum of 60fps and that it should never go below it... well it does,.. a lot,.. but it should NOT, just like GPU usage, it should be at 97-100% ALWAYS. This is MY issue and everyone elses with FX CPU's,.. they cannot feed the high end GPU's they bought for their machines..

If it takes you longer then so be it, you do not wanna buy a machine that you WILL have to replace anyway, due to shit performance, remember this is a NEW machine you want, don't buy a machine thats got a CPU from over 6 years ago in it... its TOO slow for YOUR needs, being MODERN GAMING.

/Not yelling at you, just really important!

Yeah, it's pretty good.

If you would have more to spend, you should step up the CPU to an i5 4440 and the GPU towards the R9 280 or 280X.

Ok can i ask question about building PC When u build it What about windows i need buy Copy of it or i should use cracked version just explain me how to install it ;D

I have always just straight up bought a copy.

Can't recommend softwareswap or G2A too much because their keys seem to expire after two years.. And I can't recommend pirating because that is not allowed on this forum.

But basically, you can download the Windows 7 ISO from Microsoft now, but you will still need to buy a license (key)

If you build it yourself you save around 80-150$
