Yeah, it's pretty good.

If you would have more to spend, you should step up the CPU to an i5 4440 and the GPU towards the R9 280 or 280X.

You live in Eastern Europe like me bro. Paying Windows? :D I pay 2 l coca cola and 1 kg of bananas for Windows of my choosing and my friend installs it. Piracy here is common thing, like corruption. They even install piracy version in stores lol. Economy in our countries don't allow us to spend 100$ on Windows. I am running Windows 8.1 and its pirate version. What are they gonna do? Come to Bosnia and arrest me? I am not saying piracy is good thing or should be allowed but global politics made it impossible for most of Eastern Europe to earn for a decent living, not to mention  spending 100$ OS. God damn I had to work on construction for half a year to get my first PC :)
