Should I jump on r9 380 right now or should I wait till the end of summer and see whether full unlocked Antigua chip aka r9 380x is released?

Neither.

Get a 970, 980, or 290x.

Just get it, it's possible there won't even be a 380X, so i would just get a 380

Check places like Ebay for used cards, I'm sure you'll find one you can afford on there ;)

I wouldn't buy anything off Ebay especially computer parts

I would get a 380, there not gonna make a 380X there's no reason to in terms of performance and pricing between 380 and 390.
