A while back (last year or so) I got a few copies of Electronic Super Joy: Groove City during a sale, since it was dirt cheap. I still have one gift sitting in my inventory.

 

 

This giveaway is for ONE gift on Steam. Winner will be chosen using random.org on Sunday, 5th of July, at around 20:00 GMT+2 (Bucharest).

Note: A Steam account is required to activate the gift.

I'll be adding the winner on Steam.

That article is total bull. My secondary account has no such limits and I've never made any purchases on it.

 

Found legit info from Steam. Seems the article is correct.

Still, odd that my secondary account doesn't have these limits (checked a minute ago)
