Pls, my Dell's cpu fan goes from 800RPM to 5000RPM in 2 seconds. Not joking... It'll be idling at 800RPM and launch to 5000RPM, or just sit at 2500RPM and fly to 5000RPM with no difference in temps.

AMD stock coolers goes up to 7500RPM and stays there but my FX-8350 is still throttling lmao (60 degrees Celsius is the max temp it can handle before it throttles itself even if the fan is at 7500RPM, Intel can handle 75+ degrees Celsius without throttling with its little stock cooler). So I have to deal with loudness and slowness.

^ This video only shows it at 5000RPM. At 6000-7500RPM it is a lot worse. My FX-8350 is always hitting 65 degrees Celsius with the fans already at 100% RPM (remember 60 degrees is the max, not 65) and it never goes down to 59 degrees so it is always throttling all the time. Only in winter it can stay cool and run at its intended speed.

Reference 290x while gaming because I'm an idiot and couldn't wait for the other versions with better cooling...

... and my crappy, powercool 850w powersupply's fan with f**ked up bearings when idle cause I'm an idiot and

didn't buy a powersupply from a good brand.
