Razor blade is thinner and awsome but less powerfull but id go with the blade

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

X5 also has G-Sync, and broadwell CPUs

I don't know why you'd ever even consider the Blade

the blade if youre mobile a lot, the aorus if u always have space to put your laptop on a desk or table and keep it there while you use it, but like the fact of being able to take it with you if the need arises.

If this is a school or everyday throw in the bag laptop, then definitely go with the blade. The aorus is pretty big and bulky and you'll hate moving it around even if you dont think that you will care, you will after a couple months of owning it, trust me.

The X5 is 0.9 inches thick and 5.5 pounds

The Blade 4.5 pounds and 0.7 inches thick

The X5 has better battery life (Bigger physical battery, Broadwell CPU) and performs better than the blade. Plus G-Sync.

It depends on what you prefer, 2 tenths of an inch thickness and a pound of weight, or performance

If you want a slim and appealing-looking notebook, go with Razer. The gaming performance will be decent, but if you don't care about looks stick with Aorus for more horsepower under the hood. Hope I could help!

are you telling me that this
