HDMI to VGA adapter that have audio output.

Can anyone recommend one of these? I've looked around on line and there's so many different ones and no consistent reviews of them. Also I'll be using this for my PS4 so input lag is a deal breaker.

not really possible as HDMI is a digital interface and VGA is analog. There are converters like this but they will increase lag as it fully converts the digital signal into analog

I've seen ones like that while looking but again there isn't a consistent opinion on them. Some say they're perfect while others say they are terrible.
