CPU or Case?

I want to ask, what new CPU should i buy, i will buy it in 2016.. (I will be saving money)
Or maybe new CASE idk what i should buy..
Okay here are some pics of my Build, and i keep my case opened all the time.. My case sucks at airflow, it has really bad airflow you will see that from pics.
When my case is closed i get like 84-85 C, but when it's opened i get 70C - 75C...
It even has some rust on it...

I was planning to go with I5 4440, or new Intel CPU... Idk i want to hear your opinion, and your advise...
Should i buy new Case or new CPU in 2016

Should i buy new Case or new CPU in 2016

if you do an cpu upgrade, your temp problem will be worse

so i'd get nice and shiny case

What cpu do you have now? I can better ask what specs do you have?

The high temperatures can be fixed with a few fans and an aftermarket cpu cooler, but a new case is always nice.

You have like 0 fans inside your PC, I can see a space for 3 fans there

Your PC is still pretty good.

what airflow you are talking about?

 

you have NONE

 

just grab 2 FAN case, put it on front and below your PSU

problem solved.

And maybe i don't even need case my components are cool, my GPU hits 65C when i'm playing GTA online

An open case will not cool as well as a closed case with fans

AAAAAAAAAAAAAA So even if my CPU/CPU is at 67C/65C you will recommend Case?

 

That case would perform 10x better with fans!, forcing air to blow over the components will cool it down

personal opinion: a case should always be closed while running ....

and a case with good airflow will maybe improve temps a bit, depends on what you're getting. I'd suggest you: get a 212 evo cpu cooler or some be quiet pure rock or whatever and a nice case which you can run closed, will improve noise level in your room

a new cpu is going to likely require a new mobo.  my vote is for a new case.
