So i just acquired a 295X2 and I love it. The only problem is that under load the fan can get somewhat load and I'd like to look and get 2 fans (instead of 1) who could be quieter (or just perform better).

I know the NH-F12 is really popular but I wanted to know what's the best fan out there (no regards to money). 

Intel 4790 K - R9 295X2 - Gigabyte Z97-SLI - Corsair Vengeance Pro Black 1866 CAL9 - Corsair HX 1000 -Samsung 850 EVO SSD - Samsung HDD - H100I - Corsair C70 - G400 Logitech - Asus VS247H - WASD custom mechanical and QCKPAD!

NF-F12 or a Gentle Typhoon. But those are hard to come by and are expensive (like Noctuas aren't lol)

Probably Noctua NF-F12 or EK Vardar though I have no personal experience with the Vardar ones.

Vardars are basically worse Gentle Typhoons. NF-F12's are better at very low rpm's.
