Did I install the right version of WInRaR?

JonnyBoyThan

I downloaded WInRaR from http://www.win-rar.com/start.html?&L=0 and just found out that wasn't the official website. I haven't had any weird things go on since downloading it but can anyone reassure me it was a safe download? Just got my new pc and don't want it getting screwed up in any way.  Thanks!

If you're uncertain, download it from https://ninite.com/

naw winrar :) rar5

7zip is only good if both users have a lot of ram and it is less "secure*"

If you haven't installed it yet, you are safe. Installing software is more common to cause trouble than just downloading.

7Zip looks nicer, but I personally think that WinRAR is easier to navigate.

IN MY OPINION, OK?
