But I feel like if I played that game, I wouldn't get further than Silver 3 or something

I never understood the eagle ranks. 

As far I know there aren't any mechanics in cs that allow you to control eagles, in other words be a master of eagles.

I play non-competitive now and again but I generally hate the try-hards on non-competitive, fair enough on competitive if they wanna try-hard.
