Okay ... His Kids drink bleach , his first response would be posting on a TECH forum , in the OFF-TOPIC section to ask how to save HIS kid  ... No parent would do that , maybe on some exceptions but mostly none . I'll be lucky if his wife/girlfriend or whatever don't kill him afterwords ...

If this wasn't an obvious troll/shit post then I would pose the question: Why was the bleach even within the reach or sight of a child? On that same line of thought; I would hope that when the hospital process your child that they raise the issue to social and that you are investigated for neglect.
