Now that I know what brand of GPU to buy (look here: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/392397-amdamd-or-intelnvidia/). I have found a a gpu that is compatible with CrossFire. and I'm thinking of buying two of them. However, how do you set up CrossFire with the two gpus? and is the SLI bridge that comes with the Asus Z97-A motherboard compatible with CrossFire as well? And is that GPU compatible with the Core i5-4590? also, you might think "WHAT GPU?!", here's the link to the gpu: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00G64HA70

 

EDIT: I'm not going to get the gpu in the link above, instead i'm getting a Radeon R9 280.

At least for the newer cards the CrossFire communication goes through the PCIe lanes no need for a connector.

 

Now i checked the card it's so bad that just buy a single card for the price of two.

1) This GPU is not worth buying two of, you'd be much better buying a single card that's more powerful. 

2) SLI cables are not compatible with Crossfire connectors. Also, this card does not need a crossfire cable. 

3) Yes, it is compatible.

CrossFire doesn't need a bridge.

Please get something more powerfull then a 250, look at something like a 270 or above.

Even if that means you'll have to get an i3 instead of an i5.

R9 280 or the R9 285. But Make sure there is enough wattage for the GPU.If there isn't enough wattage then you will destroy your system.

That would be definitely better than two 250's. I have a HD 7950 (r9 280 is just a rebrand of it) and I'm very happy with it

And if you are dead stuck on AMD card... Which consumes A LOT more power meaning you will need to spend more on your PSU, especially if you want to crossfire... which you do... so plan on spending an extra $50+ on your PSU for choosing AMD because you need more power.

I completely agree. His current PSU really is just not enough to handle any SLI or Crossfire setup of a decent quality card.

All cards have heat pipes... That's how they cool the GPU.
