Hmmm suspected as much... But i am planning to upgrade the CPU later on the GPU is my top priority at the moment. How well do you guys think ill be able to play modern games?

You'll be able to get playable framerates however in some cases you will experience some stuttering depending on which game you want to play. If you want you can try and find a cheap used sandy or ivy bridge i5 off of ebay.

Well if i buy on ebay i will have to ship it from the US to here so that's not an option and around here i don't trust used hardware. But i have a GTX 650 at the moment and in most of the games it's the 650 witch is the bottleneck (CPU usage sits at around 70-80%) so it won't be that bad i think.(PS. i play on 720p...)

Get the 660, you'll get much better performance with it compared to the 650. At 720p you should be able to max out almost every title with the 660.
