My ai suite keeps warning me that my motherboard is -1 degree centigrade.. How the heck do i get rid of this... -.-  It's driving me nuts that it keeps popping up on the side of my screen. Pretty sure -1 degree centigrade shouldn't be a big deal?

Also it's stuck at -1 degree, and won't change. it also thinks my cpu is 24 C, when it's 34. ._.

AI Suite II does the same thing for me. I had to disable monitoring temperatures. This happened when I got my Kraken x60.

I would just uninstall it since its very buggy if you only use it to monitor temps/fan speeds: http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?28319-AI-Suite-II-uninstall-cleaner

It could be your other monitoring programs that is conflicting with AI Suite 2.

Yeah, I only get messages like that when I run another monitoring program, so either turn off any other monitoring programs (remember they can minimize to tray or background so you don't even know they're running without task manager) or turn off/uninstall AI suite II (or the temp monitoring bit). and -1C is a major problem because while components can't run really hot, they shouldn't normally run really cold either. Not that -1C is possible on water or air cooling.
