This topic keeps coming up.

Just ask @Tim Drake....people keep bringing it up ALL THE TIME. I think it should be voted on before someone ends up in an argument that ends up getting them banned.

Having an argument doesn't get you banned here. Being rude or attacking another member gets you banned. Pointless arguments usually just end in locked threads.

However I think we can both agree that some members on this forum tend to escalate arguments fairly quickly.

Remember the whole gtx 970 thing. That flew off the handle so many times it was ridiculous.

 

If I stand alone that is fine...I have just seen g2a brought up so many times that I think it should probably be taken into consideration whether or not is within the COC.

I have to imagine that with all the times G2a links have been posted the mods have made it clear by not removing them. You don't see the CoC pointing out the Amazon or Best Buy deals are ok. The CoC lists what is unacceptable and if there where an issue we would see mod posts in the offending threads like with ebay posting.

I do remember Nick putting up a post when G2A was being considered as a sponsor and the community was divided.

That is why I thought it would be something that might be worth looking into, but I was wrong.

I have purchased from G2A but do not post any links because I know that some on here are against it.

It just seems like a bit of a grey area to me and I would have liked for it to be defined.

You are right though, if it hasn't been a problem yet....then I guess there is no need to address it. I suppose I will make people aware of cheaper prices when I see someone post what they believe to be the best deal.

Cause it's obvious, if a guy came to you and had a brand new genuine iPhone 6 and he offered it for 50$ or even lower wouldn't that be sketchy as shit ? and your first thought would probably be it's a stolen phone.
