How do you get it?

Is it only on chrome?

Can you get it on other browsers that use HTML5 to play the video?

1. if an uploader render the video to 60fps and uploads it, the video is 60fps.

2. pretty sure it's on FireFox now too.

Like I can set my browser to use HTML5 or flash, and the player looks different.

But click the settings wheel, press quality and see what qualities are available, is 720p60fps or 1080p60fps available?  

 

Try this video, I know it's 60fps for sure.

Yup thats 60FPS for me.

 

Unless i turn it on flash mode, then it isnt
