Dunno what your budget is, but I have one of these and the audio is really good and it works very well in low light. You can clamp it to a monitor or even use the mounting screw

I know the Logitech C920 is good for the first 2 things, but not sure if it's Linux compatible

Cheapest used thing you can find with a 720p or 768 res and up. Don't spend walloping amounts of money on a webcam.

It is. Software isn't though and Logitech's webcam software kinda sucks....

I suspected it was compatible, but didn't want to say it is without knowing for sure.

But yeah, the software is crappy, but you thankfully don't have to install it if you will use it for Skype only

Nah don't buy one unless you get a killer deal. We in Portland have a store called Free Geek with lots of used hardware where I got my Logitech Pro 9000 for $7. It's about 150 new.

I suggest just buying a used one. I don't know what version of Amazon Belgians use (sorry for my other-culture ignorance :/) but I believe you guys use French Amazon and this is a good deal for cheap http://www.amazon.fr/Logitech-Microphone-m%C3%A9gapixels-Technologie-Compatible/dp/B003R1P8WY/ref=sr_1_19?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1434054299&sr=1-19&keywords=webcam

No webcam is worth 60 honestly. Find a used Logitech webcam for less than $40 :)
