This company is absolutely amazing. They offer a wide variety of computer parts for enthusiasts like myself. The main components I purchase from them are Water Cooling related. My first purchase was rather large and also included a bunch of small assorted fittings. I figured it would take them a while to locate and package all the items for shipping as my order was big. I had ordered on a Monday night at around 11 PM and woke up the following morning at 8 AM and my entire order had shipped. I was super pleased with them obviously. Then yesterday (Sunday) I placed another order to upgrade my loop. I ordered custom white sleeved cables for my EVGA Power supply, a 3rd radiator, an EK Supremacy EVO Block, some fittings, a Primochill flow indicator, and 2 liters of Mayhems ice white pastel nanofluid. I woke up this morning less than 12 hours later and once again my order had already been shipped! These guys have a huge variety of goodies and offer great process\ship times. With the closing of FrozenCPU I highly recommend you use Performance-PCs for all your enthusiast needs.

I should also note that it took Amazon 2 weeks to ship a couple 140mm fan's. Just for the record :P

I thought FrozenCPU is in the process of resuming operations.

That was announced in Feburary. And nothing has happened since... I'm not holding my breath.

Edit: Apparently the person I was responding too disappeared.

Nope, a question I asked was answered. You can forget what I said earlier as it appears I was wrong.

but their support is awful...

Yeah, I can't comment on their support as I've never used it. I've had really good luck with computer parts in general. I've never had to RMA anything besides a mouse one time. **Knocks on wood**

Amazon's shipping is awful. They sit on your package for about a week and then decided to ship it. For the last couple packages that I've received from them. They try to delay when they ship it out so that you get it on the last day of their estimate. It's so stupid.

As well as having bad shipping, its well and truly overpriceds and the packaging is absolutely awful. I pay less in postage from an Ebay seller and have the items arrive in far better packaging (actual packaging not scrap bits of cardboard and bubble wrap tapped together) and in good condition (rip 5x Xion alphawing fans and filters).

Yeah they want you to buy their "prime" service. I got a free 30 day trial of it a few months ago and even with prime it took them a few days to ship it. A few days is better than a couple weeks but you shouldn't have to pay extra for them not to sit on your package IMO.

There was a craiglist add on the local area for the FrozenCPU warehouse selling Bulk Pc customization parts at deep discount about a month and a half ago. Personally I am writing them off as dead.
