lovingGamer

I3 4130 and 280 really fallen back at the end.

GTX 750 Ti really surprised me.

What do you think, would my PC run game smoothly?

I3 4150 R9 280X 8 GB of RAM

1050p (I don't have 1080p monitor)

I have a very similar setup. The i3 will be the biggest problem in that game, but still will be smooth.

I don't always have time to study, but when I do, I don't.

I will be perfectly fine with High on 60 FPS 1050p

Hmm, not sure, you will just have to play around with it. With my 750ti/8320 I can do normal-high settings with a lower AA setting(I think medium is called "normal" with GTA, not sure. Also I'm not sure if there is a very high option, been a while since I've messed with this stuff lol). I get 60+ FPS with a res of 1200p.

My 560 runs it at 1050p with normal settings at 60 fps.

It's more cpu bound, that's a dumb video, considering a unlocked i7 vs a i3

But you will probably be able to run it

Recommend what is best, not what you preffer.

Trust me, you're good. My computer can run it with SweetFX and ENB installed.
