Run AIDA64 for 24 hours, validate that OC.

 

 

Very nice chip and overclock. What are temps like?

 

 

Slowly drop the voltage and stress test until you crash then bump it up one step above that, that would guarantee the longest possible life with that overclock.

   guys how is this im going in my asus x99 mobo trying to lower it by very little but the voltage keeps staying at this 1

Temps don't really matter when stress testing for that long you can find out the temps in 4 minutes but in order to find out if your cpu is truly stable you going to need to stress test for a full day.

That voltage isn't very high, it isn't going to fail any time soon

but how come in my mobo i couldent lower the voltage was i not typing in the right amount i wanted to try like 1.26 but i dont think it was letting me but bootom line is ill post in 24 hours the temp right that is what i need to post or what do i ened to find out in 24 hours so do u think the voltage is good or should i try lower

You can always go for lower but it isn't required, if you do drop it down in steps then stress test for 10-20 minutes until you crash then go a step up and do a day long stress test to make sure it's good.

i cant stress test anymore because i need to use my computer but for 3 hours the temp was like between 45 ad 50 celsis is that good
