i need a replacement for my 50$ office chair. i use it to game and watch tv and etc. looking for one with a headrest. im not looking for a dx racer or anything crazy like that.. just something comfortable in the 100 dollar price range. anything come to mind?

   *PRO TIP* neon lights do in fact make your rig faster!

That is pretty much the best advice.

If something is comfortable is a personal thing and highly depends on your weight, height and overall how you sit.
