Around 100 dollars you can get a H97 board (The ashrock H97M pro 4 is a board I like). If you don't want to overclock the i5 4690k then get a i5 4960, which is exactly the same but can't overclock.

 

Edit: forgot to tell you, H97 and H81 don't support SLI but H97 can support crossfire.

I always felt that it is a waste to get a 4690 if a person is not overclocking it. Why not the 4460? Cheaper, still quad core, maybe slightly slower but cooler and barely matters in gaming. Also any of the H97m boards from Asus, Gigabyte and Asrock would be fine.
