steam hacked. how long does support take?

so my steam recently was hacked and i immediately filled out a support ticket then sent them screenshots of how they stole my csgo items (including my factory new flip knife doppler) i received a confirmation from steam after sending it on sunday but have yet to hear back from them with anything. is this normal?

it takes a few weeks to have this sort of stuffed fixed.

It hurts so much but I do it for Fifflaren. I can feel my butt tearing as my eyes start to water. I push against his force. I want to please Fifflaren. He roars a viking roar as he fills my butt with his love. My dad walks in. Fifflaren looks straight into his eyes and says; "He is a ninja now". Fifflaren is love, Fifflaren is life

Steam support is nutritiously (notoriously) awful, good luck my friend.

 

EDIT: That's what you get when you assume the first auto correct result is the right one..

send another ticket. Valve isnt known for their great customer service, so the best thing to do is to be persistent. Hopefully the will eventually reply to your tickets.

Usually a week or more. Steam support sucks donkey balls.

i feel stupid cause i clicked on a bad trade link and lost over 250$ in guns. i cant even play the game now cause it just reminds me how stupid i am

Have you considered contacting Gabe directly? I've heard lots of stories of people going right to him, and having their support tickets looked at within hours.
