Personally I would probably do triple 2560x1080 monitors or just triple 1080p monitors. (with small bezels preferably)

I personally run 3x 1080p 23" and I am not really a fan, to me I don't find it worth it and would rather have one larger and higher quality monitor.

I'd prefer 1main and 2 secondary monitors for multitasking. Only problem is getting it to look the same size and not like I've took monitors from anywhere and put them on my desk.
