Maybe put a period at the end like:

"Elegance redefined."

OR

"Elegance, redefined."

The Rig: NZXT H440 M3 (Green and Black) (Ncase M1 coming soon!!) | Intel Core i5-4690k x BeQuiet PureRock Slim | EVGA GTX 1060 6GB SSC  | ASUS H81i Plus | 12GB EVGA SSC @ 1600MHz | Seagate Barracuda 2TB | Sandisk Ultra II 480GB | Corsair SF 450| LG 29" Ultrawide | CoolerMaster Quickfire Rapid TKL | Corsair M65 Black Sennheiser HD 558 (MOD) | Audio-Technica ATR 2500

I would go with what @CharlieR1 said. I prefer "Elegance, redefined."

I would also crop the image very slightly at the bottom. The dots at the bottom left annoy me.

EDIT: Also, just a note. Overkill and Elegance don't really go hand in hand. Elegance gives an impression of being somewhat understated and modest, but overkill is more brash and in your face.

It looks awesome, but you're gonna want to take that dragon off and replace it with something you made yourself. AMD's gonna find that and be like "Nope" and hit you with a copyright infringement suit. It's the Phenom dragon. Badass, but sadly not yours.

Its extremely similar I'll grant that, but I haven't seen one that is exactly the same so he should be ok.

1- make the insides of the dragon only white "remove the blue+black shading".

2- the K in O V K looks very weird, the part where the 2 lines cross is very far from the left side bar/I , in another words the K looks like IX  the spaces between the " I " and " X " is big so reduce that.

3- the distance between V - K is bigger than the distance between O - V.

4- make the background show little bit more toward the left side, since the left side have lots of blank black space.

5- for the bottom dragon hand, you need to change the bottom finger, its way too far from the other 2.

6- "Elegance redefined" just increase the spacing between the letters a bit, it will look way better.

other than that you did a good job.

Its extremely similar I'll grant that, but I haven't seen one that is exactly the same so he should be ok.

It's the same logo AMD uses sometimes for their AMD Phenom series, just flipped.

@_ASSASSIN_ it's an older logo.

So yeah, @Overkilled under no circumstances should you use a logo for your brand or company unless you made it, or had it made for you by someone else. You'll run into issues later, especially if your brand/company is for profit (eg: you charge for a service, like PC building). It's just a big no-no.

For Sale: Meraki Bundle

iPhone Xr 128 GB Product Red - HP Spectre x360 13" (i5 - 8 GB RAM - 256 GB SSD) - HP ZBook 15v G5 15" (i7-8850H - 16 GB RAM - 512 GB SSD - NVIDIA Quadro P600)

ahh. Plus adding shaders etc. Well he can still rework it a tiny bit to make it his own then. I mean just ask Thermaltake and fractal about the *cough* R5 *cough*

Trust me, they'll spot anything, like Apple with rounded edges on laptops. You won't be able to use it, just telling you how it is. At the very least you would have to ask their permission to use it. Who knows, perhaps they'd like it if you did a good job with your enterprise, but other than that they won't budge. I personally love it, don't get me wrong, it's just that there's a wall you'll run into.
