  1. Thanks for the reply man. I triple checked everything on the wires and connectors side and can't seem to find anything wrong. The service manual also has very minimal instructions which I followed exactly. I wonder how I could've messed up anything else?
  2. Hey LTTforum it's been a while So I am having trouble with my XPS 13 9350. So I recently replaced my broken screen with a used one online, sealed up the PC and booted it. Only problem was, it wouldn't recognize the battery, saying one was not installed. So I go online to buy a new (used) battery, and this one is giving me the same issue. I cannot find any details on how to fix this online and this is kind of my last shot in the dark before I take it to a repair shop. Has anyone else had this issue or have an idea of an oversight I could've made and how to fix it? --charlie
  3. Yeah I actually finally got it working today, thanks for the help though! I forgot I had RAM lying around.
  4. also i have 8gb of an Adata 4gb set that the say is compatible
  5. There's no ram in the computer. When there is, it still does the same thing.
  6. Hey LTT, I really need some help on this one. So I built a new PC, and it's been bootlooping for weeks (10-12 seconds, turns off, then back on to repeat). I did everything I knew how. I tried taking out everything but the CPU, mobo, and PSU, but it still wouldn't start. I returned both the CPU and mobo, and even bought a new power supply, nothing. I thought it might be the case shorting out the motherboard, but that didn't work either, even with a new batch of the 3 core components. I literally have not gotten it to start once, it won't even post on screen. What the fuck could be going on? Have I seriously lost the silicon lottery for the first time TWICE in a row? Specs: Ryzen 5 1500x Asrock Ab350 Gaming K4 Evga 500w 80+ Nzxt s340 if that matters
  7. Just get whatever has the games you like. Switch for me has been awesome.
  8. Haha, what are the odds, this is the first time I logged in to this forum in years and I log in just hours after you tag me! I'm shook
  9. Not really, there's one in my personal rig but that would be a pain to uninstall... See the thing is I think it's a driver issue.
  10. Am I sure the SSD works on another machine? Well, it works on this, just only in Safe Mode. Also, I did install the plastic spacer that was included.
  11. Mic is USB. Headphones are like 16ohms. I use it for casual listening and Discord, as well as the occasional school project.
  12. I use a pair of HD 558s from Sennheiser and an ATR-2500 mic from AudioTechnica and they work great.
  13. Whatever the default settings are, I changed everything I changed back.
  14. You sure about that case? Also, why do you need a DVD writer?
