Posted May 30, 2015 I found it while I was looking for a way to close crystaldiskmark. I've never seen it before. Apparently the exe itself was modified 7/19/12, but created 3/17/2015. I've scanned it with both Kaspersky and did a full malwarebytes scan but nothing was found. Posted May 30, 2015 Author http://www.file.info/windows/codemeter_exe.html This is codemeter http://www.wibu.com/us/codemeter.html So the only way to remove it is to delete the exe itself? It's not in my installed programs list under the name "CodeMeter Runtime Kit or Authorizer Ignition Key Support" CPU - FX 8350 @ 4.5GHZ ▒ GPU - Radeon 5700 ▒ Mobo - M5A99FX Pro R2.0 ▒ RAM - Crucial Ballistix 16GB @ 1600 ▒ PSU - Corsair CX600M ▒ CPU Cooler - Hyper 212 EVO ▒ Storage - Samsung EVO 250GB, WD Blue 1TB
 It's not in my installed programs list under the name "CodeMeter Runtime Kit or Authorizer Ignition Key Support" Maybe it's a good idea trying to figure out how it got on your pc in the first place. But you should be able to remove everything you found of it by just deleting whatever you can find. And it should be fine. If you want my attention, quote meh!
