What should I do?

So I only slept 3 hours yesterday, went to school, all was fine until about 12 at noon I got a bruise on my finger suddenly, for no reason.

I felt unwell, went home, went to the doctor, she measured my BP and it was in the prehypertension/hypertension range (because of the lack of sleep, mostly), I was hot sometimes too, as in my body, my heart rate was pretty high.

Now, I have been trying to sleep for 3 almost 4 hours straight, but it won't come and I can't fall asleep.

I feel rested a bit because I was in bed for 4 hours but the sleep won't come and my eyes are not heavy anymore, yet I am sure I need good healthy sleep.

What the hell should I do?

This is so infuriating

You can try taking medication that helps you fall asleep.

I don't want another concussion either.

What about passing out from lack of oxygen?

I have discovered a way to fall asleep- don't use your frickin phone LOL.

That actually makes me more tired because it strains my eyes at night. If I'm already tired, staring at a screen strains them and I go to bed.

Drink a beer or smoke some weed. When i drank or smoke i always head straight for my bed after 30 minutes.

If that isn't your thing, put on a long podcast like the Joe Rogan Experience and turn of all lights and try to fall asleep. Also install Flux on your phone and laptop. It makes the screen less blue.
