i'm pretty sure you're best off asking the guy.

 

if thats a twitch livestreamer, those folks generally have their hardware listed under the stream.

 

as for youtubers, they generally have a setup video somewhere.

That's a pretty big YouTuber. he probably wont respond. He does podcast like stuff

well, most of the big folks i know seem to have setup videos here and there, might just be luck tho.

He doesn't seem to have a setup video.

He doesn't seem to have a setup video.

He does a news show on youtube and I have tried asking him on twitter, his stream, and YouTube several times. I also asked his friends but he still didnt respond.
