Cheap family PC build

My Mum has recently divorced from my Dad and needs all new things, one being a PC,

 

the price is very limited to around £100/150, it doesn't need to be anything special just fast enough to use the internet and other programs.

 

I possibly have a spare case, keyboard, screen and windows 7 key so they don't need to come into the price, I just need the key components.

 

It needs to be reliable but doesn't need to be fast as a high end build.

 

What are people's suggestions? 

 

Try to keep it as little as possible please

Scrap yard build would work best. Buying new parts in that budget is near impossible.

General idea in that price range would be something like E or Q series intel cpu, any cheap gpu.

2nd Hand + SSD and Boom.... Done.

Even a Core2Duo + SSD would do wonders for you.

Look on Gumtree/eBay UK/Craigslist UK for any used parts. make sure to get the seller to test them first though. Local pickup is recommended so you can see it in person.

The A6-6400K has a good graphics processor (For me anyway), so you won't need a GPU.

And if you can, upgrade the RAM.

And the PSU leaves you a huge clearance if you want to upgrade it in the future.

Just buy a laptop ? If all you need is to go on the internet and use some programs that seems to be your best bet.
