2 of the Worst Balanced PCs I've Seen, Courtesy of Machinima

IPCharger

I don't even...

This are supposed to be budget PCs and they choose the 8150 with Dominator Platinums, 7770/7790 and a 1200w PSU (yes, that's not a typo,a 1200w PSU!!!).

Why would anyone want to build such a useless console in a pc form?

Beware of him that is slow to anger; for when it is long coming, it is the stronger when it comes, and the longer kept. Abused patience turns to fury.

I think you're missing the point. They didn't say this was budget PCs, they said they would try to replicate the next gen consoles. In reality this is most likely a joke.

Well not quite...they did not pick the best parts, instead they tried to copy as much hardware from the consoles as possible...

They didn't really make too bright decisions but still.

I'm sorry but since when does consoles have a 1200w PSU and a full tower case? If they really wanted to replicate the consoles wisely they would have chosen a Micro ATX mobo, a micro atx case, a 400w PSU and some generic RAM for the Xbox One (not Dominator Platinums).

I actually watched these vids before checking out the forums. I really think that these videos are more promos for the reserve than anything else...

In the whole video they didn't mention anything about replicating the power source or form factor. For both builds they used the same PSU and case, which was just a generic thing for them. They only tried to replicate the systems performance, not efficiency or form factor.

Still that's one of the worst possible ways to build an Xbox One and a PS4.

Lol it sure is. I'm also sure cable management doesn't exist in their dictionary either.
