Open Wound on ...... butt

I had an accident and i landed on my but and have some bad scratches on it. Was not bleedig but is's scratched bad. The thing with open wounds is you dont put anything on it and it heals fast. But my butt...i have to sit on it? It starts to heal with my underwear, i pull my underwear and i tear it open again. What should i do? LOL

You may want to clean it with some rubbing alcohol.

Rubbed it all up with alchochol and put some fresh underwear on. But i sit on the wound, and i tear it up a lot :P

Disinfect it with H2O2, alcohol, iodine, something.

Dry it completely.

Cover it with a bandage.

Change the bandage regularly (at least once per day) while making sure to disinfect and dry it each time.

Also, I know as a techie this is hard, but try to stay off your but as much as possible.

If you don't bandage it, it'll keep cracking open and bleeding into your drawers, and then your tear the wound open again every time you drop your pants.

Put medical gauze on it and just wait. It will heal over time.
