I went in to the NCIX warehouse sale and picked up some parts that I found for cheap, but now need a few more parts to finish up the gaming build. So far I have:

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1ik38

What I still need is with an $600-700 budget:

Video card: probably leaning towards a GTX 680/770

Storage: I have ~10TB of harddrive space on my network, so I could use a fast boot platform

Addition cooling: My previous build ran a stock AMD cooler and a 9800GTX+, so it sounded like a hurricane in a box. Ideally I'd like to quiet this build down a bit as well. I dont plan on EXTENSIVELY overlocking or anything, but cool and quiet would be nice. I think a full watercooling solution is over-kill, but I've seen people doing H220 (or H320 since its $10 more) +gpu block to obtain quiet cheap WC solutions.

Peripherals such as mouse, keyboards, speakers, headsets, monitors, and OS will just be brought over from my previous build

770, 120GB SSD and a decent air cooler. coolermaster hyper 212 evo is a good cooler for mild overclocks.

The Hyper 212 Evo probably won't work with such large ram heatsinks.

Go with a liquid cooler, the ram you have is very high and probable will interfere with large heatsinks like the evo
