So I'm guessing Witcher 3 has taken the crown from Crysis 3 to be the most demanding game of all time or is it unoptimized like GTA IV on release?

Where as Witcher 3 is reasonbly well optimised on for pc's Crysis 3 was truly dreadfully optimised.

An AMD cpu has no place in a solely gaming build, end of.

Well Witcher 3 is about the most Vast RPG I've played with the best side quest , can't think of the last time I spent 50+hrs on an RPG doing not the main quest and having lots of fun.

Visually its a mixed bag , The 'Open World' Aspect of it is an achievement , not having to load really makes it immersive. I just wish they release a Sword Of Destiny UHD Texture/Meshes Pack and Lighting tweaks.

Crysis 3 wasn't dreadfully optimised at all. Crysis was, but not Crysis 3

I couldn't even get 60 fps locked in Crysis 1 with a GTX 970 and 4.4 GHz Pentium G3258 with settings maxed, which is insane for a game 7 years old. I know, LOL Pentium, but it's a game that only uses two cores, so a 4.4 GHz Haswell Pentium is a monster CPU for that. It was all a CPU bottleneck.
