Why does my pc suck in gta 5?

I cant get a stable 35 fps. I am in the 30s to 25 range. This guy gets 60 

 Is the old i5 that much better than mine for the quad core?

 

Specs:

G3258 Dual core at 4.2

8gb Adata ddr3

gtx 660s sli

z87 a mobo

gta 5 is on a 1tb wd blue

660 in SLI should be enough to run gtav.... But im pretty sure your g3258 is causing the low FPS

I have everything on LOW as possible. With fraps I get 35 max and like 32 avg and it gets down to 17

But there fine. I got both this year and got them both for 160. I am not sure I could go bad with that

Yea. The G3258 is same performance as a 16600. I have the q6600 as well not being used.

It is. The two cards get in between the 960 and 970 in the benchmarks.
