Looking for a supper super cheap "gaming" mouse

So my friend is getting into counter strike and I want to find him a decent mouse that he can change the DPI on it needs to be able to at least go down to 400DPI and be around £10 it doesn't really matter on the brand any cheap chines one will do also preferably on amazon thanks or any help.

This is best I've found that can do 400DPI according to a review.

Used Wheel Mouse Optical.
