If money isn't an issue, I'd suggest getting a NF-A14 pwm. 

If you're looking for other upgrades as well, it would help to explain what you're not currently satisfied with.

Delta fans are the best

highest static pressure and airflow in a 120mm fan

they also cost over $100 and make the noise of a jet engine, but you asked for the best performance so that probably doesn't matter to you...

Hi, im thinking on upgrading my pc and radiator fans. And i want to know wich ones are the best radiator fans out there!
