As silent as a Sniper

RazerDeath

Ok Im planning on building a pc sometime soon hopefully this black friday area, What case is better for Silence. the Fractal Designs Define R5 or the NXZT H440. Im going to be using a Noctua nh-14 or 15 and I just want to know which one is better for Silence. Also if there is anything that will help make my pc even quieter then please let me know. I know about the SSD's but other than that.

Any specific reason on why you want a quiet PC? Also Air Coolers can be quiet, a higher end noctua one will be just as good as a decent water cooler.

Im OCD and I also have Depression and anger issues and Im not saying that because I want attention but when I get upset or when my OCD kicks in I can hear everything and I want it to be as quiet as possible if that makes any sense.

Yes I understand. For a air cooler id go with this a, https://pcpartpicker.com/part/noctua-cpu-cooler-nhd15 Plus Id tend towards the H440 because it may block some sound out a bit better. Whats your budget for the PC? I will try and make ones a silent aa possible

Depends on how far away they are. Sometimes their bullet can hit you before the sound gets there
