probably a faulty temperature sensor. im sure intel processors shut off before they damage themselfs, and its too out of line with the rest of the readings

On my 5+ year old Gigabyte board with AMD processor, Temp1 is System, Temp2 is CPU, Temp3, I believe, is the Northbridge.  My temp3 is always 78-80c and the heatsink is fairly hot to the touch.  I'd advise a Google search for your board model +Speedfan Temp2 and see if others report similar temperatures.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x  Board: Asus PRIME X570-P  Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2x8) DDR4-3000  Case: Fractal Design Define S

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070  SSD: HP EX950 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME  HDD: Seagate Barracuda 3TB 3.5" 7200RPM

PSU: SeaSonic FOCUS Plus Platinum 750W  Cooler: Noctua NH-U12S SE-AM4  Monitor: Viotek GFT27DB 27.0" 2560x1440 144 Hz

it just means it shows the wrong temperatures, just guide by the other temperatures and disregard that one.

I saw nothing relevant in a quick search.  I'd probably follow the other advice in this topic.  It's probably safe to ignore.

what does it matter? you cant replace something inside the CPU anyways

did you try diferent software to verify that its not just speedfans fault?

Its usually mobo sensor. Those are bad as is and you shouldn't care about them. You could download something like HWmonitor to verify temps. But that too will show only some random sensor name and if the sensor itself is faulty, wrong temps too.
