My current case is a CM N400, my fan setup is in the picture below.

Soon ill be getting a Hyper 212 evo for my cpu ( e3 1231v3 ) which isnt running too hot but i dont feel comfortable with 39~41c idle and highs 78 under full load. My question is , "Should I place the Evo facing down, so it exhaust air to the top fans and turn the rear into intake?" or should I leave the fans as they currently are and place the evo facing the rear exhaust?.

Thanks alot for taking your time and reading my post, much appreciated.

If you have a graphics card, having the 212 Evo oriented to exhaust upwards would intake warmer air for the cpu.

i think it won't really make a difference, have it as exhaust facing the rear exhaust.

Like before you should mount it sucking air into the rear exhaust. That way its pulling air from the front of the case

Hmm.

I think you should leave it as it is, because I don't think the alternative's much better.

Thanks for your input. If the Evo is facing the rear, will the top fans only exhaust the gpu heat?

Do you have a graphics card? Because if you do it would restrict the airflow of it iff you had it face up.. I would say make it go out the back though.. Not up.

Yes I do. Ok so facing down will suck hot air from the gpu pcb, wont the rear fan as intake help with cooling the evo, since its closer to the evo than the front intakes??

Having a rear intake fan would cool the motherboard more so than providing cool air for the 212 Evo as most of the air wouldn't be at the intake of the heatsink.

Thanks alot for your input. Is there anyway I could  improve my fan placement for more positive air pressure?

What case are you using? Why more positive airflow? Are you having dust issues?

Cooler master N400 ( I've 4 intakes and 3 exhaust ). Yeah all my intakes are filtered, dispite that I still see dust over my hdd and over my psu ( i guess my gpu is blowing dust to it ).

Having top as filtered intakes should help. Filters reduce airflow quite a bit.

Will only 1 exhaust be enough?

Probably.
