Nvidia Driver keeps crashing.. Need Help

What I've tried so far:

  • reinstalled Windows
  • Fresh install of Drivers
  • Display Driver Uninstaller
  • Tried older drivers
  • Change the Global setting of Power Management Mode from Nvidia panel to Maximum Performance

 

Asus Sabertooth Z77
i7 3770k
MSI GTX 670 OC Power Edition
16GB RAM

Drivers Version is: 350.12

Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

 

drivers crash even am in game on not.. just randomly. I get black screen for 2-3 seconds.. When in game.. sometimes it makes the game crash as well.

any help would be great

had the same with my 780. Had to RMA it cause i couldnt find a fix either.

I had this around three years ago.... About three days my GPU finaly died after years of good service.

Try to underclock it ~50 MHz. The OC may get unstable on old GPUs. And the "max performance mode" might not be helpful either.

Mineral oil and 40 kg aluminium heat sinks are a perfect combination: 73 cores and a Titan X, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Oil
