I think he's saying he's experiencing artifacting and sound is messed up. And he's saying restarting pc sometimes helps.

Only to certain games or to all games?

is this a laptop? if so yes the i can help if so no i can't my brothers Dell N5110s stock graphics are damaged because of cpu overheat and game would freeze and stange audio would come out of the speakers like a BUZZZZZZZZZZZ then the game would un freeze and it would be fine for a little bit ;)
