Air vs Liquid

Go to solution Solved by WoodenMarker,

I have a AMD 6300 CPU, Not planning to overclock with a Phantom 410 mid tower. Reason for upgrade is that it gets hot over here and the CPU is over heating! Sorry been at school all day!

Hi,

I need an upgrade from my stock amd cooler and was looking for something with good performance but small and discreet. I like the discreetness of the liquid cooling but is there any small and good air coolers out there?

What's your views?

H90 will suit you, also get some nice fans like SP140's from Phanteks for it and it'll become a little beast.

Sp140s are from corsair. You may be thinking of NFF-12s.

What's the reason for replacing the stock cooler?

What are you cooling?

I think he's referring to F140SP's and definitely not NF-F12's. The H90 is a 140mm rad.

ah, not a very hot cpu, go with one of the mid size coolers or a 140mm rad. I wouldn't spend to much. That's ok, it's testing season in school. Study hard.
