AIO for a non-K CPU?

No, there wouldn't be a need

Yes, but not a huge one. You will see a very slight boost from the boost clock, but you can also get this from a cooler like the hyper 212 evo. It will also look nice, which may be a big thing for you.

Nope.  Stock cooler is plenty for that.

 

If you have extra money, put it into an unlocked i5 + Z series motherboard, then buy a cooler at a later date.  Being able to overclock will extend the useful life of your system by years.

if you want it quiet then it will help as you could have the fans on the lowest settings and be perfectly fine on temps, also if you live in a hot climate that goes up to 40 degrees celcius
