what are the best in-the-ear headphones under 20$? I want for my cell phone. thanks in advance ^_^

Noise hush, they are a lot like beats as far as build quality goes and they come in a few colors. They have an inline mic and sound really good.

I'd write a review, but my sister cut the cable, and I didn't feel they were worth it to fix.

FFFUUU I was going to link that. The IEM's are kinda large and awkward at first but you get used to it. Pretty good for under $10.
