Any good rendering/building software?

Hey

So I look around the forums and I see digital renders of stuff like cases and builds etc etc and I was wondering whether there is any software like that out there? I know there is Google Sketchup but I absolutely despise it. All I wish to do is design some acrylic casings etc.

Thats all i can recognize as some of the best 3D/Rendering software. Im in the middle of creating a FPS Cockpit in Cinema 4D

Did you know Photoshop CS6 has 3D functions?! Whaa but not the best

I wish i could but using OBS + Cinema 4D = Bad :(

My PC isnt designed to super multitask, I couldnt even open CS6 when im running CSGO on the background.

Besides i save my work every 3 minutes, Cinema 4D kept Crashing on my PC. My work is halted. Next Week is my National Exams, if i get a good average on those exams, i can get into Country Highschool so i dont have to pay for highly priced High School. But i will flunk anyways.
