Isn't that just perks in the game?

I think that is just a combination of the Steady Hand and the Eagle Eye perks.

I'm looking for a specific Skyrim mod, for bows.

It makes it so that when you aim in with a bow, it zooms in and makes everything in slow motion.

 

I have searched a bit on the internet (specifically the Skyrim Nexus) but I could not find it

I think I have it but my Skyrim mods have fucked up I think.

Steady Hand Perk 2/2, slows down time by 50%.

Oh wow.. And I have been thinking it was a mod all this time..

Guess I'll be puttin' some perks into the archery category

There's some really good archery improvement mods if you are getting in to an archer build.

There's some really good archery improvement mods if you are getting in to an archer build.

I was interested in a build with sneaking and a bit of archery, destruction and 1 handed.
