Cases are inherently silent. Just get quiet fans.

Looks are subjective.

No mention of form factor or components you plan to put inside?

All my current parts so really micro atx + mid tower.

As long as it doesn't look really stupid with a micro atx in a mid tower then i'm happy :P

If you're referring to the specs on your profile, suggestions would include

S340: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-cas340wb1

Define S: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/fractal-design-case-fdcadefsbk

Arc Mini R2: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/fractal-design-case-fdcaarcminir2blw

Silent Base 800: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/be-quiet-case-bg001

Depending on how quiet of a system you'd like, all but the Silent Base 800 may need aftermarket fans.

S340 was on my list for a while but I got worried about ariflow.

Also, did you just recommend a full tower for my micro atx mobo :P

EDIT: How is the Air 540? It interests me..

Worried how so? The S340 has above-average airflow.

Did you mistake the Silent Base 800 for a full tower?

ARC midi R2

It's oversized compared to the more appropriate Arc Mini R2.
